Executive Physical -- $2100

· Two nights in an executive suite at the Indigo Hotel.
· Transportation from the airport to the Indigo Hotel to the testing facility, and back to the hotel.

Presidential Executive Physical -- $3300
Includes the Executive physical examination package, as well as a Cardiac Ultrasound, Carotid Artery Ultrasound, Lower Extremity Ultrasound with ankle-brachial-index, Ultrasound of the Abdomen and Aorta, and a CT Heart Calcium Scoring test.

Senior Executive Physical -- $4400
(Designed for people over 50 years of age)
includes the presidential package, in addition to DEXA Bone Density Scanning, CT Lung Scanning, and MRI Brain imaging.

*If indicated, a Colonoscopy will be done by a board certified gastroenterologist with anesthesia. Dr. Andy will be present during the procedure, and will supervise all scheduling and arrangements.
